The answer depends on why you're using an agent. If you just want someone to unlock the doors and let you look, sure, go see everything. But if you trust that your agent knows what you need and want, they're doing you a great service by screening out the homes that don't meet your criteria. Maybe the house was on a busy road, or too close to a commercial district, or the school system wasn’t good. When I don’t show my clients homes they've expressed interest in, I always explain why.
